Hazy Winter IPA The temperature isn’t the only thing freezing around here, our hops are too. Using hops processed in a Cryo Process that concentrates the hop goodies, we are able to maximize our aroma compounds and limit the green matter and bitterness / harshness that can come with. Snow Boots debuted a couple years ago to a great reception and is a bigger, more hop aromatic version of our Goofy Boots. Well balanced winter expression of our favorite morning beverage We crafted Daily Grind to be a well balanced winter expression of our favorite morning beverage. A mild roasty, dark chocolate like American Stout with 6% ABV was steeped for just over 24 hours on whole bean Freshground Roasting Honduras coffee which brings out subtle dark toffee and nutty flavors in this winter crusher of a beer.
