Another version of our house Belgian Wit recipe, this time brewed with fresh lavender from our friend Mickey Kappele’s farm in Michigan added to the whirlpool. Floral citrus blossom aromatics are supported by a soft, peppery wheat beer reminiscent of White Ales from Belgium brewed with coriander and fresh orange peel.
