Grisette
While the Saison beer style was brewed for farmhands, the Grisette came out of a region known for it’s mining culture. In collaboration with Paul Schneider from Solemn Oath, we created a low alcohol beer that exhibits upfront pastoral aromas of hay and honeysuckle. The ultra dry body and delicate spicy hop bite lead into tingling fruity finish.
