Gose
Christina’s first beer at the brewery offers a modern American interpretation of an ancient German Gose. While the classic style is a tart, slightly salty wheat beer — our version amplify’s the acidity and mirrors it with Gooseberries and aromas of melon and apricot. The supple body and lemony flavor are complemented with a subdued brininess.
- MALT — Pilsner, Honey Malt, Acidulated Malt
- HOPS — Hallertau, Huell Melon
