Mixed Culture Grisette. Pilsner malt, flaked corn, and flaked wheat layer into a rustic body with mild herbal tones. We use a mixed house culture of a Belgian Saccharomyces strain, Brettanomyces, and a little Lacto for brightness. Dry, Fruity, Rustic.
