Spiced Rye Saison
Pleasant aromatics of juniper, lime and layers of gin-inspired spices combine with the subtlety of anise to add a faint mint-like characteristic on the nose. Yeast esters from the Ardennes/Dupont saison blend are very distinctive, and spicing from the rye carries throughout taste. Star anise and pink peppercorn compliment the clove-y yeast spice, but only briefly linger on the dry finish of this collaboration with our friends at Solemn Oath.
