Penrose Brewing and Bourbon Belly Hospitality collaborated to brew this super dry and clean lager, exclusive to Bourbon Belly restaurants and the Penrose Taproom. Lights Out offers a fruity hopped aroma, featuring Cryo Ekuanot, Motueka, Azacca, Sabro, and El Dorado hops which bring a pineapple and passionfruit flavor over a crisp, refreshing base beer.
