We're hitting the ground running in 2017 with a fresh bottle release to kick the new year into high gear. Join us at the brewery on Saturday, January 21st as we release bottles of Wild W4, an oak-fermented sour black ale ale we brewed in collaboration with our buds from Woodfour Brewing Company in Northern California. We used our own mixed culture of wild yeast alongside various yeast strains from Woodfour to ferment this dark beauty. Bottles will go on sale at 11a.m., with the beer also available on tap alongside a number of other dark and tasty treats including coffee & nitro beers.
If you've never been to one of our bottle releases before or need a recap on how things will go down, here's a refresher:
- We will open the doors to the brewery at 9am or shortly thereafter to move the line inside and out of the elements.
- Once inside, the gents from FreshGround Roasting will be onsite to help keep you caffeinated. They'll also have items for sale should you need beans to take home, which we'd highly recommend.
- The line will be counted at 10:45am and bottle allocation will be determined. If you’re in line at this time, we will be do our absolute very best to ensure you receive bottles. Cash and credit/debit is accepted for bottle sales in line.
- To ease initial taproom congestion we will sell beer tickets good for specialty pours or a 12oz beer as bottles are purchased. These tickets must be redeemed on release day and cannot be refunded. Per usual, credit/debit sales only in our taproom.
