Beer Dinner: Rivers Edge Bar & Grill

Winter can get downright dark, but a hearty meal with plenty to drink can brighten nearly any mid-January day. Join us on Wednesday, January 18th as we head to Batavia for an epic pairing menu with our friends at The Rivers Edge Bar & Grill, prepared by chef Rick Kaniuga. Tickets are $60 each and can be purchased by contacting The Rivers Edge.

First Course

Meat Board paired with Navette
Duck breast pastrami, bacon jam, house pickles, crackers

Second Course

Lobster Hush Puppies paired with Session Sour
Corn meal fritters stuffed with lobster meat and served with remoulade

Third Course

Cocoa Ribs paired with Spectral Imperial Stout
Coffee brined, cocoa crusted, smoked Sakura pork back ribs

Fourth Course

Osso Bucco paired with Belgian-Inspired Barleywine
Ox tail braised in barley wine served with reduction of cooking liquid
