Oak-aged Dry Hopped Wild Ale with Brettanomyces
Vibrant candied grapefruit peel and tropical fruit are layed with notes of white pepper and oak spiciness. This special version of Wild IX was oak aged with the same Brettanomyces culture for 9 months and re-dry hopped with Amarillo hops for its bright hop character.
