Amber Ale
A blend of apples from our friend Dug (make sure to yell it when you see him) was gently smoked over applewood from the same tree before being added to the mash and boil of a medium body amber ale. Notes of appleskin, last night’s campfire and the fall harvest blend into a rich sweetness.
ABV: 5.6% | IBU: 25
Malt — 2 Row, Bonlander Munich, Victory, Aromatic, Caramel 40, Midnight Wheat
Hops — Columbus, Brambling Cross
Yeast — Ardennes
