This version of our Belgian Pale Ale primarily fermented with two strains of Brettanomyces offers a more subdued hop aroma, a drier body and more bite.

Hops — Columbus, Bramling Cross, Falconer’s Flight 7Cs, Cascade

Yeast — Bastogne, Brett Brux, Brett Trois
