Drawing inspiration from German Kolsch, American Cream Ale and Kentucky Common styles, our Geneva Common style hybrid utilizes malts of varying European varieties, some traditional cream ale adjuncts and a mixed yeast fermentation to leave the beer crisp, dry and drinkable with a quenching bit of tartness.
